Topic: Whatever size business you’re in, our guess is you’ll want a well-resourced marketing team. That comes in all sorts of shapes and sizes, with in-house marketers or outsourced services or a mix of both. And then, as soon as you think you’re sorted, something changes: one of your team leaves, you have a new marketing plan to resource, your new recruit doesn’t work out, the mix of outsourced services needs to change and you’re back looking for another agency.
